Took my vehicle in for a severe oil leak they done nothing for the leak except changing the oil pan plug which was not the problem. They said my master cylinder needs replacing . Replacing master cylinder now brakes still going to floor to stop now they say i need a hcu that they cannot find. I don't understand why if ford built the automobile then why can't ford have parts for it i am $1600.00 dollars paying for a master cylinder and drain plug and still have the oil leak. Totally unacceptable. They said on the copy of the bill they test drove the car . The mileage was listed as being the same amount as when I first took it in. They did not.

Their trade-in offer? **$75,000**—a staggering **$17,000 loss** in barely over a month. This offer is not only insulting but reveals how little this dealership values the very products they sell. During the sales process, I was repeatedly assured by my salesperson, Kathleen, that I would lose minimal value within the first year. There are numerous reputable Ford dealers throughout Georgia who will treat you with honesty and respect—both during and after the sale.
